I received these this morning and put them right to work for their intended use, homemade Starbucks copycat egg bites. I made four trays, so ran my instant pot two separate times. I sprayed the mold cups before filling with a spray oil. When it was time to demold my food slid out easily with not a bit of sticking anywhere. I covered each tray before stacking with a foil layer - I didn’t attempt to use the included silicone covers. Those will be used for storage only maybe. Would recommend!
