I’ve enjoyed using this ROYDX pan for about 18 months now. When I was shopping, it seemed the best value for the price and it’s very high quality. It’s big enough that sauces don’t spill. I call it my ‘righteous’ pan. Unlike my older pans, this pan’s triple lamination extends all the way up the sides, so nothing burns onto the sides. When browning meat, the browned bits stick but are completely released when you add liquid, giving a richer flavor and color to the sauce. Necessarily, it’s a bit heavy but it has a good sized helper handle. It’s so easy to clean. It’s induction compatible so when I replace my gas stove with induction I plan to replace my many incompatible pans with ROYDX
