I'm a fan of Laura's website, so I thought I would give her cookbook a try. This book has become, not just my go-to pressure cooker book, but my go-to cookbook.Thanks to this book, I use my pressure cooker a few times per week. (I don't cook every day.) My favorites are the Split Pea Soup (I add the optional ham), the Lentil Soup and the Winter Vegetable Medley. All three are swoon-worthy.Every recipe has nutritional values. I'm on Weight Watchers, so I can easily calculate the points. Many recipes have tips, also.At the back of the book, there is a section on different types of pressure cookers, plus a chart of pressure cooking times for many food items - legumes, meats, vegetables, fruits, and so on.I love the book so much that I gave it as a gift to someone at work who has a pressure cooker. I gave a pressure cooker and this book as a Christmas gift to my sister.If you own a pressure cooker, you can't go wrong with this book.
