Update: kept it, using nearly every day for oatmeal and simple sauteed food. It's a little cooking beast, boils super fast. Hasn't failed yet, still looks brand new. The nonstick is slick, if anything has cooked or burnt on it comes right off with either boiling water or soaking a moment, zero need to scrub. Found a steamer I had, works out well, so I'm glad I didn't spend more on this pot. It is a cheap cooker, but it's a good buy and will certainly last long enough for my needs. It's just really good for what it is./UpdateDoes not come with steamer, all the pictures show a steamer but I now realize the one picture with the items it includes does not show a steamer. Thinking of returning it and buying the other one that includes a steamer for a few more dollars. There are a few different packups and two size of pot, only some include the steamer.Haven't used it yet. My kitchen is being remodeled so I needed an electric pot for light and easy cooking. But I really thought I was getting a steamer with this. I'll look and see if I already have one that will fit.I'll review how it works if I decide to keep it. It was packed well. It is the sort of thing that's not meant to last forever so it is a cheaply made appliance. But it looks like it will work well enough and last long enough for what I need.The nonstick pot is not removable, it is a single unit. So it's probably better to wipe it clean. You'd have to be careful not to get the electric base wet if you need to rinse it in the sink.
