I got these to make frozen treats for my kiddos.I usually make avocado ice cream with hemp seeds and these cubes can hold up to 3 large overflowing tablespoons worth of the ice cream smoothie mixture; that is more than I expected and the kids can’t eat more than 1 cube.I love the ease with which I can remove the cube; as well as how nicely it stacks in the freezer.Wish they had better brighter colors; because I don’t like dull colors.
