this is a terrible product. I bought three of them for my restaurant and ALL THREE TURNED OUT DEFECTIVE. They could jump from the cooking to cooked light but the rice would still be uncooked after the time. I've lost a lot of money wasting it on the rice and and when trying to reach the company for help, they made me jump through hoops just to get it replaced even though I wanted a refund cause OBVIOUSLY there is no reliabitily in the product, why would I want another crappy rice cooker even if its new?
