Since I purchased this I have not cooked an egg in any other pan. This is the best egg-cooking utensil I have used to date, it's only missing a lid. Fortunately one of my stock pot lids fits perfectly. A little water, a quick spritz of PAM over medium heat with a lid on and you will get 4 perfect eggs without any flipping and they fall right out of the pan. Sunny side up all the way to over-hard means only about 60 seconds difference so you will want to keep your eyes on the prize.
