This kettle is a lovely color with a nice enamel finish. The handle is sturdy and it pours nicely. I use it daily. The lid is big and allows access easily to clean inside when necessary and has a little lip that keeps it on but it is easy to take off to fill with water and the handle folds down.I love it!The kettle is beautiful but the handle gets warm and I dont like that it doesn whistle when the water is readyOK but I suspect some comparison shopping would have found a more reasonable alternativePerfect kettle. It's pretty, is a nice weight, the handle does not get too hot to touch when the water is ready and it does not whistle. Very happy with my purchase and expect to have it for many years.I love this excellent kettle. It is sturdy and well made as is expected from this good company. The enamel is thick and well applied. I would purchase this kettle in a larger size as well when offered.
