When I received it, the thermometer was missing and in reading further detail about the one I had purchased, the thermometer only read in Celsius. I decided to send back and purchase a different brand. This one was so much heavier and sturdier than the prior one and actually cost less. It also included a thermometer that read in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. Very happy with my purchase.
