Hello, I purchased the machine in early January.Over the past few days, I’ve tried using it several times. During the first few attempts, I felt there were some issues, but since it was still able to make soy milk, I didn’t think much of it.However, just now, when I tried making soy milk again, the machine made strange mechanical noises like "ka ka ka," and then it lost power entirely. It no longer responds, and the soy milk stopped halfway through the process.I’d like to ask if there might be any defects or quality issues with the machine.This machine was recommended by a friend as being suitable for making soy milk, so I didn’t do much research or comparison. However, after only a few uses, it has now broken down.Just now, I saw some people commenting that the machine stopped working after approximately 20 uses.Could the seller or others provide a fairer response or share their experiences?Is this an individual issue with the machine, or is it a common problem that many people are facing?
